Starting at $300

• Bonus: 10 additional edited photos (optional upgrade)

Booking & Transaction Guidelines

Consultation: A complimentary consultation is included with all photography services to discuss the client’s vision and expectations prior to the photoshoot.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. Deposits are transferable in the event of rescheduling, but are not refundable in cases of cancellation or no-shows.

Final Payment: The remaining balance for the service must be paid in full before receiving the final edited photos. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or online payment.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival policies

Cancellations: To avoid any additional fees, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot date.

Rescheduling: If rescheduling is necessary, clients must notify the photographer at least 24 hours before the original photoshoot date. The new date will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Late Arrivals: While there will be no extra charge for a late arrival, please note that the scheduled session time will not be extended to accommodate delays.

Edited Photo Delivery & Expectations

The typical turnaround time for photo delivery is 5-7 business days. This timeline may vary depending on the number of photos taken, any specific requests from the client, and the photographer’s current project schedule.

Clients are kindly asked to allow for this time frame to ensure that the final photos meet the highest quality standards.

Travel Fees

Driving Distance: For services requested outside a 20-mile radius or requiring more than 30 minutes of drive time, an additional flat fee of $30 will apply.

Interstate and International Travel: For interstate and international travel, the client and photographer must reach an agreement regarding accommodations, which should be discussed and finalized prior to the scheduled photoshoot date.
